Eligibility

• *Please read the following instructions carefully to receive the grant.
• *The HBP Surgery Week 2023 Organizing Committee will conduct the review process and notify awardees by e-mail in the end of February.

1. 1.Presenters of ACCEPTED Abstracts
   (Acceptance Notification: Feb. 8, by e-mail)
2. 2.Presenters who have completed submission of the ‘Grant Application Form’
   (Deadline for application submission: Feb. 17)
3. 3.Presenters must participate in the congress IN-PERSON with registration payment made in full.
   (Deadline for presenter registration: Feb. 21)

Notices

• -For any duplicate presentations, we will only pay one time in accordance with our policy.
• -If you reside in Korea, the same rules apply as for Korean participants. Please read the Domestic rules.
• -The travel grant will ONLY be given to the presenter specified on the abstract and can only be paid ON-SITE. (No remittance)
• -Candidates have to submit a valid form of ID, such as a passport or driver license and airplane ticket receipts.

For overseas foreigners residing in Korea (Application Deadline: Mar. 10)

• -Grants: Residing in Gyeongsang region 200,000 won / Other regions 400,000 won
• -You must submit your receipts to the secretariat within 10 days after the congress. (All receipts should include prices and dates.)
• -The travel grant will ONLY be given to the presenter specified on the abstract and can only be paid ON-SITE. (No remittance)
• -Only receipts for congress registration, transport and accommodation fees will be accepted.
